"A DNA lab with financial ties to former Police Commissioner Howard Safir has reaped millions in city contracts despite serious questions about its performance.

The Bode Technology Group has two city contracts worth $20million with the NYPD and city medical examiner. Both pacts have been repeatedly extended without competition from other bidders.

Two of those extensions came months after Bode was fired by Illinois State Police in 2005 for botching the DNA testing on an unusually high percentage of rape-evidence kits.

In 1999 and into 2000, when he was still police commissioner, Safir was involved in approving the original NYPD contract with Bode...

Safir left the department and went to work for a data collection firm, ChoicePoint, and within four months of leaving 1 Police Plaza, persuaded ChoicePoint to buy Bode.

Now a consultant to Bode's parent company, Safir boasted about the contract with the NYPD in press releases and on TV - apparently as a way to attract more business.

In a Feb. 15, 2002, appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," Winfrey referred to Safir as a "consultant to a DNA testing lab," though she did not identify the firm or reveal it had been hired by the NYPD.

In February 2006, New York City's chief medical examiner signed yet another amendment to its ongoing $12.5 million contract with Bode to analyze DNA of 9/11 victims.

New York Post July 8 2007:

"An alarming number of FDNY firefighters are battling a rare cancer that typically targets women, The Post has learned.

At least eight firefighters have been diagnosed with thyroid cancer over the past five years. Another five have undergone partial or full thyroidectomies after their doctors discovered abnormal cell growth that could lead to cancer around the glands.

The cluster has sprung up among those who responded to the World Trade Center on 9/11 or helped in recovery and cleanup afterward, firefighters said.

The relatively rare illness is known to affect women at three times the rate it hits males. The FDNY cases involve only men.

The National Cancer Institute put the incidence rate at 4.3 per 100,000 men - much lower than the eight cases among approximately 11,000 firefighters on the FDNY force on 9/11.

Attorney David Worby, who represents nearly 10,000 WTC responders in a class-action suit, said he has tracked "a large cluster" of thyroid cancers among his clients, which include thousands of firefighters and cops.

Overall, at least 125 active and retired firefighters - all Ground Zero responders - have contracted some type of cancer since 2001, according to figures gathered by the Uniformed Firefighters Association.

FDNY officials declined to comment .

Construction expert Christopher A. Brown has evaluated the World Trade Center "blueprints" leaked by the founder of STJ911 disinformation cell, Steven E. Jones.

Brown's analysis follows:

"Unfortunately the WTC plans released appear to be fraudulently presented as "Construction Drawings" or "Architectural plans" actually used for construction of WTC 1.

The following is an analyses of random samples of the revisions table from the graphics files of the above [Jones-leaked] WTC 1 plans "4.)PAC1 TOWER A". The analysis of graphic appearances and text from the "4.)PAC1 TOWER A" subdirectory above.

Most of the dimensions are not legible at any zoom level on any of the scans. The title block shows 1967 on most sets, some are not legible.

PROBLEMS WITH AUTHENTICITY OF THE ABOVE.

Note the lack of clouding (dots and trash) in the background of the actual dated "REVISIONS" table. An area usually really smudged creating major clouding in a scanned plan. NOTE the clean, sharp edged cutoff of the dot cloud to the right of the word "REVISIONS". Something VERY typical of photoshopping documents.

NONE OF THE SHEETS ARE ACCEPTED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OF THE PLANNING DIVISION. You can count on every sheet being signed with approval on a job for a building with this prominence.

These are not construction drawings. If they were from LERA they would be from scanned from vellums and these are from beat up blue lines judging by the clouding trash on them. Some of the digital files were created on 10/15/02 at 4:44 AM

Below is a portion of the title block revisions table of A-A-99.TIFF Notice the anomaly in the initial columns of the left side table, 3rd cell from the bottom.



Below is a zoom of that cell. Not much to be said about it except it definitely does not belong there and it is some sort of digital, graphic artifact. Not a hand lettered initial. far too straight for too many pixels



A portion of the title block revisions table of A-A-139.TIFF [and] title block revisions of the table on A-A-140.TIFF also has the same anomaly with its characteristics.

Sheet A-A-141.TIFF has the same anomaly but twice. ..

Comparison of the initials of the revisions tables of 99 and 139 show the same initials circled in blue are suspicious and could be the same numbers copied and pasted perhaps after being separated from their accompanying triangular detail numbers and being altered by scaling. blurring or distorting. The date appears as the same quite often in the "REVISIONS" tables.

CONCLUSION

The plans are actually 1964 plans that have had their date altered to appear as 1967 or during construction. Since there is no approval by the chief of the planning division it is certain the plans are not actual construction drawings.

Clearly the anomaly in the revisions table should not be there and the table is free of most clouding where there should be more than usual. Slice lines of graphic manipulations appear in A-A-13.TIFF.

It seem very likely that a revisions table was scanned and dissected then reassembled into a graphic which matched the title block of the WTC 1 preliminary set then pasted in. The entire file could then had been rescaled or saved at another resolution to hide the splices.

The .dxf files are useless and mostly nonsense. One file "wtc1_2000.dxf" is a product of the "LZA Technology A Division of The Thornton Tomasetti Group" and appears to be the beginning of an effort to analyze the plane impacts as the impact area of flight 11 is shown.

Since the WTC2 plans are missing it is clear that is because the WTC2 plans only show the concrete core and cannot be used to deceive the public as to the actual construction of the towers by representing them as having 47 steel core columns. The concrete core of the towers is documented with images from 9-11 here.

Dr. Judy Wood, late of Clemson University, has filed a supplement to her Request for Correction to NIST regarding the federal agency's fraudulent report on the Wrold Trade Center.

Dr. Wood notes that much of NIST's analysis was provided by a firm called Applied Research Associates, a firm engaged in the directed-energy business.

  "Your Request for Correction (RFC) now pending with the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) was supplemented with an additional filing with NIST on or about March 29, 2007. I assume that supplement will be posted on your website, along with this memorandum. You filed the supplement in order to call attention to an undisclosed apparent conflict of interest that has a direct bearing upon your assertions that Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) were a causal factor in the destruction of the World Trade Center (WTC) on 11 September 2001.
  
  You have discovered that Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is not only a major NIST contractor in the clean-up of the WTC site, post 9/11/01, as well as a major contractor for NIST in the preparation of the NCSTAR 1 report series, that your RFCs pertain to, there's more.

"Dr. Judy Wood (with degrees in Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, and Materials Engineering Science), widely acknowledged as the leading proponent of the theory that Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) were used to destroy the World Trade Center (WTC) complex, has filed a Request for Correction under the Data Quality Act with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), located in Gaithersburg, MD.

Dr. Wood is represented in this effort by Attorney Jerry Leaphart, a Connecticut-based trial lawyer, who states that NIST now has 60 days to respond to the RFC. After that, an appeal can be taken and/or other legal action may then follow.

Leaphart further states that Dr. Wood knows that the implications of her theory that DEW were used to destroy the WTC complex shatter certain key beliefs that Americans as a whole cherish and hold dear. Her theory has generated a lot of interest and commentary within the 9/11 Truth Movement that relies primarily upon the Internet as its media source. Mainstream print and broadcast media do not cover the 9/11 Truth Movement, but may need to take heed of this administrative action filed by Dr. Wood, according to Attorney Leaphart.

Leaphart said that to his knowledge, only three RFCs concerning NIST's WTC report have been filed to date. One by Dr. Morgan Reynolds, another by Edward F. Haas and the one filed by Dr. Wood. All three are currently pending.

The 43 page RFC filed by Wood asserts that the basic integrity of NCSTAR 1 is lacking because, by its own admission, it did not investigate the actual destruction of the World Trade Center Towers.

NCSTAR 1 admits:

"The focus of the investigation was on the sequence of events from the instance of aircraft impact to the initiation of collapse for each tower. For brevity in this report, this sequence is referred to as the "probable collapse sequence," although it does not actually include the structural behavior of the tower after the conditions for collapse initiation were reached and collapse became inevitable." [See NCSTAR 1, pgs xxxvii, footnote 2 and/or 82, footnote 13]...

Thus, to this day, Americans have not been given any explanation whatsoever for the destruction of the WTC complex that comports with information and quality standards.

In contrast, Dr. Wood's RFC contains a stunning array of visual evidence confirming highly unusual energy effects seen by all as the twin towers were almost instantaneously destroyed in less time than it would take a billiard ball to hit the ground if dropped from the height of the twin towers.

That fact is assessed on the basis of the two other laws of physics in Wood's RFC, thus confirming its scientific rigor. Wood also points to other compelling evidence that NIST ignored. Wood's RFC shows visual evidence of unusual and unexplained blast effects on vehicles parked blocks away from the complex. Wood also demonstrates unexplained visual damage in the form of perpendicular gouges in WTC 4,5,6 and the near disappearance of WTC 3, all of which remain unexplained by NIST to this day. Wood goes further and points out that the incredible amount of dust resulting from the visible process of steel disintegrating before our very eyes all point to the use of directed energy weapons. One other element of Wood's proof is the almost complete lack of even a rubble pile at the WTC complex. Wood asks: Where did it go?

Added to all of that is the fact that whatever the energy and heat source was, it had no effect upon paper that was seen floating everywhere and not burning very much, if at all.

Dr. Wood's RFC demonstrates all of the above mentioned effects in its 43 pages of text and pictorial proof. The combined effects of gravity, jet fuel (a form of kerosene) and plane damage could not possibly have caused the massive destruction that occurred on September 11, 2001, in New York City, according to Dr. Wood. The wonder of it all is that more engineers and scientists have not come forward to challenge the woeful, scientific inadequacies of the official explanation.

Dr. Wood invites her peers and colleagues to set aside their emotional attachments and to view the evidence objectively. Then and only then can America come to grips with what happened on 9/11/01, according to Dr. Wood.

MZA's WaveTrain graphical user interface makes it easy to adjust shooting energy beams through the stratosphere and lower atmosphere. Some version of this software was almost certainly used in the destruction of the World Trade Center:

The WaveTrain Turbulence Distribution Toolbox (turbtool) is a Matlab Graphical User Interface (GUI) that assists the WaveTrain user in constructing turbulence propagation modeling parameters. With turbtool, the user can construct a turbulence specification and store it to a disk file for later input to an WaveTrain run.

The basic function of turbtool is to allow the user to specify the geometry and characteristics of a series of phase screens through which wave-optics propagations are to be performed. The following are some of the capabilities of the turbtool:



turbtool can set up phase screen geometries based on either a spherical-earth or flat-earth model.

turbtool provides a variety of diagnostics including the computation of r0 and theta0 for a given scenario and the generation of plots of the turbulence distribution and turbulence profiles.

On Saturday's edition of "Truth Group Radio" on the Revere Radio Network, co-host Richard Andrew Grove, a 9/11 corporate whistleblower, spoke about his eyewitness experience in southern Manhattan on 9/11. About the alleged "American Flight 11" Boeing airliner crashing into the North Tower, Grove said, "I was sitting there in a convertible and I never heard it, and I never saw it."

Among the many other topics on the program was an examination of the Todd Beamer money trail.
